External Assessment

 

San He Fengshui (三合地理风水) and techniques from the Shapes and Forms School will be used to create a detailed assessment both on paper as well as on-site to determine the positive and negative forms that may either help or disrupt the quality of Chi entering your home. Our professional consultant will assess the negative forms that are affecting the house from the outside and the degree of threat that they might pose, as well as how they will affect you.

Facing Assessment

Your unit’s facing will be correctly determined by our professional consultant during the on-site visit. The facing is not the place with the most Yang energy, nor the brightest area of the apartment. Classical Fengshui practical assessment tools like the Chinese Compass (罗盘) will be used to determine the facing and the direction of the Chi flow into apartment.


Checks for Clashes 

The personal particulars of the occupants will be compared with the KUA of the house to determine if there are any clashes that might potentially harm the occupants.

 

 

Assessing the quality of Chi Flow

The Chinese Compass (罗盘) will be used to determine the quality of Chi within your house. A house with high quality Chi will have readings pointed to a good quality KUA or direction and the readings within all the areas within the house will be consistent. A house with poor Chi flow on the contrary will show inconsistent readings due to strong fluctuations of magnetic forces.

 

Assessing the overall quality of the house

After the site visit, we will use Classical Fengshui techniques from the Shapes and Forms School and Flying Stars to assess for the overall quality of the house. Our professional consultants will assess the following.

 

  • The quality of the wealth sector
  • The quality of the authority sector
  • The negative forms in the house
  • The quality of the kitchen and stove, living room, bedroom and main door location

 

Bed Location and Direction Assessment 

We will study the available locations and suitable directions for placement of beds in each room. For the Master Bedroom, we will need to employ the Flying Stars Technique to find the placement which promotes harmony and relationship stars.

 

Comprehensive Analysis and Recommendations Report

After everything is completed, a comprehensive report with a full analysis of your house and a list of recommendations will be given to you in soft copy. There will be a second session arranged to go through the report together to ensure that the important points are properly communicated.



How 2-Storey Apartments are Different

Due to the structure of modern architecture, 2-storey apartments are different from other house types, especially landed properties. The External Sha that affects a landed property and that of an apartment are vastly different. Our professional consultant will determine the real problems that will affect your unit appropriately.




Position of the Staircase

As the staircase is also a channel that brings the Chi up to the second level, its position and the shape and form will also affect the quality of the house. Special attention will also need to be given in order to audit the staircase.

The Project

The unit of assessment within a 2-Storey apartment is sometimes also affected by The Project. Since the project already has a certain facade and is built in a specific geographic location with a specific shape and size, the general landforms exude energy that represents certain elements, and if they conform to your favorable elements, it could aid you even more. In short, The Project must also be assessed before assessing the unit to determine the benefits or negative impacts these landforms will have on your house. Other factors of The Project that could be important but often overlooked are the position of the carparks, if cars are constantly moving below your house causing disruption, the surrounding man-made forms and facilities and if they are causing “Sha”, position of parks, greenery, water forms, the general level of brightness of the entrances to The Project, the building, the lift areas. All these will be taken into consideration when you engage us to do a selection or assessment.

Water Forms

Most Condos and ECs have water forms like man-made pools or Jacuzzis. These water forms can be good or bad for your unit depending on their location and direction. Although water forms are generally believed to be great for wealth and luck, they need to be positioned in a favorable sector. Think of your China shows (Yan Xi) and remind yourself why no sections of water were ever present in any Emperor’s bedroom or study! This is because the placement of water forms can be complicated. Therefore, careful audit is necessary to ensure that the surrounding water forms do not harm the Chi entering the unit or that the water forms are negative external themselves!

- No refunds will be given should there be any change of mind 1 week before the house visit, for home audits. 

- All payment will have to be upfront before any services are provided.

- Additional top-ups will be required if:

1. The wrong house-type was chosen

2. If the office size exceeds 2000sq ft. or is more than 1 storey.

3. Additional top-up of $68 per employee if any basic Bazi reading is required.

- Should there be any immediate signs of the pre-purchased house being a bad one i.e. Temple within the immediate vicinity, presence of a disruptive magnetic field. An admin fee of $188 will be required. 

- An admin fee of $88 per floorplan will be required if necessary
